Mediator
Elizabeth Link is a full-time mediator specializing in complex commercial, business, employment and real estate disputes. Since 2006 she has been mediating cases throughout California, nationally and internationally. She brings to her mediation practice 18 years of experience as a civil litigation attorney where she represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of practice areas.
Ms. Link earned her Juris Doctor degree in 1988 from the George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. and is licensed to practice law in California and Washington, D.C
Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves and Savitch in San Diego where she practiced commercial, banking, construction defect and real estate litigation. In 1990, she moved to San Francisco to work for Long & Levit where she represented insurance companies in national multi-million dollar environmental coverage litigation.
In 1993, Ms. Link opened her own law practice in San Francisco which specialized in business and employment litigation. She co-founded the law firm of Link & Warhurst in 1996 which specialized in business, employment and real estate litigation. In 2003, she became Of Counsel to the Law Offices of Steven H. Herman practicing business, employment and real estate litigation.
Ms. Link has completed over 100 hours of mediation training at the American Arbitration Association and the world-renowned Center for Mediation and Law in Mill Valley, California.

Jennifer Wills
Law Clerk
Jennifer Wills is a recent graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Wills was a case coordinator at JAMS where she worked with mediators, arbitrators, attorneys and clients to facilitate their mediations and arbitrations. During law school Ms. Wills clerked for the San Francisco Superior Court in the family law division, volunteered for the facilitator's office of the San Francisco Superior Court and also worked several semesters for a solo practitioner in employment law. Ms. Wills was the recipient of a Cali Award for legal writing and member of GGU's Honors Lawyering Program.
